• Manpower Supply

  Scope and Objective
  Manpower supply services play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of industrial, infrastructure, and plant-based projects by providing skilled and unskilled human resources tailored to project-specific requirements. The objective is to ensure timely availability of competent manpower for construction, shutdown, maintenance, fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities across sectors like oil & gas, petrochemicals, refineries, power plants, and manufacturing. The manpower supply scope may include welders, fabricators, fitters, riggers, helpers, machine operators, scaffolders, electricians, instrument technicians, engineers, supervisors, and safety officers, among others. The key goal is to deliver technically capable personnel who are compliant with site-specific safety standards and who can contribute to high-quality and on-time project execution.

  Mobilization, Deployment & Supervision
  The process begins with manpower planning in coordination with the client’s project schedule and requirement. Personnel are shortlisted through screening, trade tests, and qualification verification. Once finalized, selected individuals are oriented with project-specific safety norms, company policies, and work expectations. Mobilization is arranged to project sites with all necessary documentation including ID cards, medical fitness certificates, and technical credentials. On-site deployment is carried out under the supervision of field coordinators or client-appointed engineers. All personnel are monitored for performance, productivity, and discipline during their engagement. Periodic evaluations and feedback are taken to maintain work efficiency and ensure alignment with the client’s standards. Additional support services such as accommodation, transportation, PPE issuance, and daily welfare checks may also be included as part of the overall manpower service package depending on contractual terms.

  Quality, Safety & Deliverables
  Safety and quality are integral to manpower supply operations. All workers are required to undergo HSE training, toolbox talks, and refresher safety briefings as per site regulations. Daily attendance tracking, gate passes, and access control are managed in coordination with site HR or security teams. Workers are made aware of work permit systems, emergency response plans, and reporting protocols. Qualified manpower ensures that all tasks—from basic mechanical assembly to high-risk welding or equipment handling—are performed with precision and care. Continuous liaison with the client ensures that manpower availability remains aligned with evolving site demands, minimizing downtime and delays. Upon project completion or phase-wise demobilization, proper clearance, feedback collection, and documentation are maintained.
